Building a home from the ground up is an exciting opportunity, but the process can quickly become overwhelming. Homeowners are often presented with a long list of selections — from flooring and cabinetry to lighting, tile, and finishes — within a limited timeframe. Without a clear design direction, making so many decisions at once can feel daunting.

For this new build in Lumsden, Gilroy Homes is the home builder, while my role has been to work alongside the homeowners throughout the selection process. From reviewing plans and developing the overall design direction to selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and details, I help ensure each decision works together to create a cohesive and thoughtful home.
