Building a home from the ground up is an exciting opportunity, but the process can quickly become overwhelming. Homeowners are often presented with a long list of selections—from flooring and cabinetry to lighting, tile, and finishes—within a limited timeframe. Without a clear design direction, making so many decisions at once can feel daunting.

 

For this new build in Lumsden, our role has been to guide the selection process from the early stages, helping ensure each decision contributes to a cohesive and thoughtful home. By reviewing plans and selecting materials and finishes alongside the homeowners, we are working to create a space that feels intentional from the very beginning.
